Cancellation Policy

In the event that the wedding/event is canceled by Client, the following refund schedule shall apply:

  • Cancellation of the event 7 days or less prior to the event will result in 100% of the contract fee being owed by Client.

  • If written notice of cancellation is provided to Company/Contractor more than 7 days but less than 90 days prior to the wedding/event date, 90% of the original contract fee must be paid to the Company/Contractor immediately upon notice of cancellation.

  • If written notice of cancellation is provided to Company/Contractor between 90 days and 120 days prior to the wedding/event date, 75% of the original contract fee must be paid to the Company/Contractor immediately upon notice of cancellation.

  • If written notice cancellation is provided to Company/Contractor more than 120 days prior to the event, there is no fee other than the non-refundable initial retainer.
